Hi, there.

Writing an “about” page is not something I’m keen on. Who I am has not such an importance. Actually, Connelly Islay is my pen name. When I started to write, that was the sole one I knew I would have used.

Indeed, the way I like to be addressed doesn’t matter. What do matter are the emotions my stories may rise in you. Then, I will be part of them and you will find me between the lines: I may be a cloud, a feather, or a fox. I may be a young girl with adventurous eyes or an old lady with silver hair. Brave, or maybe shy.

I will be that and further more, because imagination has a place in your heart.
